I am so disappointed with these knobs, they have not held up at all, several have melted/finish worn off. Shocked at how expensive they are to replace, with such poor quality, do better!

Unfortunately similar problem from the threads with the knobs for this range melting and wearing incredibly quickly. Given the cost of the cooktop I'm very disappointed that these have worn down / failed so quickly

Melting Expensive Knobs!!

I cannot believe after paying thousands of dollars for cafe appliances the Knobs melt the second day I have used the stove top. It's a cooking appliance , how can the Knobs be made of plastic ! I came here to see replacements and there is no single mental Knob available. Asking me again to pay 300$ for set plastic Knobs which will melt again with slightest contact of hot pan. Please introduce metal Knobs in all colors. I am extremely disappointed with CAFE !

they look very beautiful but made out of plastic. one of them got melted with the heat of a large cooking pot. it would be better if they would be made with metal not plastic it is very expensive brand and got damaged very fast. also colour is coming off too. I am very disappointed.

Cheaply made and no replacement available

We love the look of the brushed brass on the stainless but not the quality. Would love a quality replacement from GE. Just paid > $100 for cheap replacements to swap out as needed.
