Works fine but screen cover hard to remove

Cools fine but the cover to clean the screen is difficult to remove as you have to pull from the sides and this unit sits in a tight space. It™€™s the only model that fits for our condo unit. GE - please reconsider the design dor future models to make it easy to clean the screen.

The eco feature is great. It's exactly what I need. It cycles on and off and keeps the temperature without running constantly. It cools my rooms efficiently and is not very loud. It's very sleek and low profile. I'm happy with this purchase, except for the 2 missing security brackets. I'm trying to get those replaced.

After weeks of back and forth with warranty, they sent ANOTHER DEFECTIVE unit. I™€™ve been with our AC since early June and this is obnoxious. Don™€™t buy.
