The inside of the dishwasher stays wet all the time. Silverware had rust spots from sitting for a few days waiting for enough dishes to collect to run a load. Had a service person come out to make sure the dishwasher's drying feature(s) worked. All is in working order. Would not purchase again.

Since this is for our office use, the product is okay, price is good but the wash blade came a-part. Since Home Depot hired 3rd party for repairing service, it will take the repair company 2-3 weeks to just repair the wash blade. Also, we have specially told the service company to come by in the morning since this is an office but they still schedule for the window between 4-7PM.

With a wide opened floor plan, I needed a dishwasher that would run relatively quietly. This one does the job. I also think this particular model is a great value for the quality of the product. While i think it has a relatively modern design, i only wish it had a more slender handle, but that is strictly aesthetic. Our dishwasher has been a lemon since we got it. It immediately started leaking from the bottom of the door. The door doesn't lay flat when open and there is no solution in the install directions. Then the lower rack roller carrier breaks the next day, just one day after install! I tried to schedule a warranty service repair appointment and I still have not received a confirmation number or email two days later. Extremely frustrated that a brand new dishwasher has three major issues (and a minor cosmetic issue on the button panel) right out of the box and no one has schedule my repair appointment. Nor when I call, no one answers and it hangs up on me. Please contact me GE and make this right.

So far, we are 1 month In and we love the dishwasher. It has the steam clean and other features that I like. There's only 2 down falls, the racks are super light weight, I'm always slamimg it and when it runs, it runs long( like 2-3 hrs). We have 5 kids so I use it very often and those are the only down falls. Very reasonable price, we actually got it on sale for $538, our first GE appliance, it's quiet too. I enjoy that, alot.

We have been enjoying this dishwasher and it blows our old one out of the water. I love the top small utensils rack on the top. The bottom rack makes sense but makes it limited on how to load the dishwasher, we use a lot of bowls and it seems like the back of the bottom rack is set up to hold plates only and leaves lots of open space if used for something other than plates.

We tested the dishwasher in the garage before installation. Very glad we did as we learned that the bottom left corner of the door had a leak. It appeared to be a crimped seal. We replaced the seal on the bottom of the door (pretty flimsy) and all appears to be well. If you can test your appliances BEFORE installation it is always a very smart move. Other than that, unit appears to work well and a good value for the money.

The wash cycles seem to be longer than other brands. Dishes are not fully dry when choosing the 2 hour cycle. In order to get the dishes fully dry, you must select the 3.5 hour cycle option.

The dishwasher is good overall, does what it's supposed to do-clean dishes. When loading if I have plates in the bottom rack and glasses/bowls normal loading, as it gets fuller, the whole unit tips forward lifting the back leveling legs and sliding the front legs back, and dipping the door towards the floor, yes the top brackets are screwed to the underside of the counter. The brackets are weak and flimsy so they just flex when the dishwasher moves

I like the new dishwasher, but I wish there were a couple of different things... more racks on the side to place items on or to place wine glasses. I also feel the space is a little wide on the rack. My mom likes to re-use her spoon and fork so she will hand wash and place in top rack, but they constantly fall..
