New stove looked OK upon unpacking. However, the gas line to one of the burners was twisted till it broke. It wouldn't light with igniter, but flamed up dangerously with a Bic. 3-week wait for repair. The online scheduling indicated ~$150 service fee which I intend to dispute. The online repair registration was better than the phone wait, but the video regarding disassembly and repair technique was inaccurate. The tech couldn't get the top off without damaging it....

It is a cheaply made stove and rather flimsy. The temperature inside the oven is not uniform so parts of the tray are burnt while other parts are still raw. It heats up fairly quickly. While the oven is hot, it makes a cracking sound every minute or so. They give you an air fry option on the panel but don't provide an air fry tray. The stove top is fine. Overall a rather unremarkable product.

Preheat temp wrong. Touchpad finicky. Grill usel

The preheat says it's ready when it's still 75 to 100 degrees below the set temp. We have a thermometer hanging in the oven in order to get the real temp. The touchpad is not very responsive. It can take several attempts to get it to accept the input. The AirFryer setting is not as fast as our small countertop AirFryer, so we don't use it. Probably because of the larger oven size The grill, being cast iron, takes a long time to heat up, plus it isn't non stick. I've never had much luck with seasoning cast iron, so it might nit be an issue if you know how to properly season it. It also rusts with the slightest amount of water on it.

Purchased to replace a 25 year old Kenmore. Pros: sleek look, easy to clean. Cons: small storage drawer, hard to regulate oven temp and it runs very hot, says it's preheated but really isn't at all and it takes 15-20 minutes to fully come to temperature, still smells of chemicals even after regular usage of two months - cannot figure out where the smell is coming from, if you want to change oven temperature there are no up/down arrows - you have to start all over again, both large burners are powerful and I wish one was just regular as they recommend matching burner to pan size but it runs too hot. Have not used convection feature yet. Seeing as I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for a range, I guess you get what you pay for.

I recently ordered a GE gas range online, along with additional accessories and a paid installation kit. While the pricing was excellent, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. After selecting a delivery date, I was told the time window would be assigned the day before. Instead, the delivery date changed multiple times ™€" from Friday the 24th to Wednesday the 29th, then to Thursday the 30th, and then to Friday May 1st™€" all without any communication from GE or the delivery company. I checked the status myself each time because no one reached out to notify me of the changes. I contacted GE three times, but because deliveries are contracted out, there was no real support or resolution. I had already taken time off work for the original delivery and the 30th and could not continue rearranging my schedule. To avoid additional charges, I disconnected my existing stove myself, which has left me without a stove for over a week. Ultimately, I had to cancel the order entirely. I now have to purchase a stove locally at a SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER PRICE, which adds to the frustration. As someone who understands logistics and customer service, I know delays can happen ™€" but the lack of communication, accountability, and support made this experience far more stressful than it needed to be.

I like the stove I have used the oven a few times baking. Haven™€™t used the air fryer yet. Top burners on stove are good love that the nobs are bigger. I™€™m not a fan of the back being in black you really can™€™t tell what the settings things are on it™€™s hard to read. When using the stove top red letters come up to let you know the burner are being used. The oven You can™€™t fit bigger baking pans in because the fan takes space away.

Love the different ways to use the oven, have tried them all out and only thing I wish was different is the fan when using convection. It goes off and on which makes the time longer then it should. I would prefer it stay on ( unless you open the door ) to keep the air flowing . With my old oven my cookies were done in 9 minutes, now it is 15. All else is great

Love the air fryer. This gas range has an electric element that really speeds up cooking. Also the Hi/Lo option on the broiler setting is fantastic no more guessing the correct rack to get that just ™€œtoasted™€ effect on many bakes. I bought the extra cook top to replace the griddle which makes the middle burner more functional when doing large meals. Still haven™€™t set up the Smart Home feature but it works without enabling.

I love my new GE gas range. The grates are not too heavy and easily removed for cleaning purposes. The built in griddle is wonderful. I love cooking pancakes on it. The knobs are not so easily turned that they can accidentally be bumped and turned on without your knowledge. I am enjoying the convection oven and air fryer also. Power burners are awesome

I love the huge burners for large pots. Big pots of water boil so quick as well as heating large pots of food. I do like the griddle however my daughter bought the same range and her griddle was more smooth and non stick whereas mine is cast iron and more likely to stick I Have seasoned it though so I'll hope for the best. Wish they would have left it the other way.

It™€™s difficult for me to give a proper rating at this point. The oven needed calibrating after it was first installed. GE came out and check things out. It is supposed to be working correctly now, but I haven™€™t had a lot of opportunity to use the oven recently. I look forward to getting used to the air fryer feature. It looks nice and the burners all work great.

It™€™s very easy to use, clean, and utilize. I love it! The controls are simple and can be used on your phone pretty easily and good for a variety of things from complex baking to keeping it warm for a brisket. Great product!
