Hello I'm absolutely ecstatic that I located an appliance that will maintain the look of a cabinetry install you know they're still plenty of us out here drop in owners and we just would love to have had a stainless steel option maybe a plate at the bottom of the Stove but anyway pretty sure this model is on the way out but I love it thank you

This is the same drop in stove I bought 12 years ago that died. This new one costs $1000 more and is really slow for the burners to heat up. The oven is okay. I didn™™t want to get it but it™™s the only one that would fit my island.

Not too satisfied. Uneven cooking, slow to get hot, temperature seems to keep changing while cooking. I see that most appliances being replaced are not improved models but cheaply made.

I expected this range to be more than what it is for the price paid. So far, one month in, it works well for a basic range with no bells no whistles. Preheats quickly, stays at the correct temperature and the stove elements heat quickly.

Overall, I like my new range. It functions as expected and is pretty in my kitchen. I was not expecting the range surface to be so difficult to keep clean and smudge free. That is why I could not give it a five star rating.

Looking to replace my very old drop in range - this was the only one I could find so didn't have much choice! Just installed it and it looks great and am sure it will work as it should - Happy with purchase other than the price, but again, it was the only drop in I could find available.

I purchased the newer version of the range that was installed in the house when it was built. I am very pleased with the product. However, I am a little disappointed that the range is so difficult to clean. The surface of the stovetop feels greasy after cleaning. I have to clean it several times before it looks shiny and new. My older range was shiny and bright with a good warm water wipe followed by a microfiber cloth dry wiping. The burners work well, and the oven works fine. I purchased a new range because the older one (2005) started smelling like something was smoking each time I used the oven, even after several cleanings. I had to purchase protectors to keep the knobs from turning the stove on when I reach in the cabinet over the range. Luckily, I have noticed it before it became a problem. I look forward to many years of use, hopefully as long as the previous range.

I have to start with the positives. This is the only Drop In range that I was able to find. It fits into our spot perfectly. The only thing that would make it better is if it were a downdraft as well. I am really holding out hope for this range. I bought the same range in 2021 and the control board shorted out and caused a fire. I™™m really hoping it was just a one time incident and that this appliance works beautifully. Until the time of the fire, the range and oven did everything I needed it to do. There is lots of room in the oven and it will hold more than one casserole dish.

This stove is no where near the quality of my previous GE drop in . This version does not even have convection bake !!! How can a new stove not have convection bake. Also the control board is poorly made. This stove is a huge disappointment!!!

Overall not as quality made for the retail price. Did get a decent price through Home Depot discounts and sale but still not near the quality as the wall oven I bought last year for a good bit less. Also manuals , lower trim, shouldered bolts, and screws for trim were missing. The only paperwork was the registration card and the installation instructions.

I like the stove, hate the price! I hate that it didn't fit and the measurements were exact. I don't like that we paid alot for this stove and delivery, but they would not bring it in or install it. The bottom is missing the cover guard, so you can see a hole underneath. It is advertised as a 5 burner but it's only a 4 burner. Service should be better for the price.

Great oven. Exact replacement 14yr old oven. Easy to operate after an easy install.
Received wrong screws with trim piece so awaiting correct screws from GE but unsure if trim will fit following incident trying to get incorrect screws to fit. Paid over $2000 and they include the wrong screws?
Witnessed the display fully flash then completely reset to 12:00 (clock) while operating an element switch.....wonder if that's an issue?
Registered oven and noticed glaring grammatical errors in that process.....do broken English instructions bring better results?

Drop-in ranges are hard to find, so we were so happy to find this GE model. The look is simple and sleek, the eyes are sized for convenience--one small, two large, and one you can set either way. The glass top cleans easily, and the oven is spacious. So far, we haven't encountered any problems at all. Thanks, GE!

Actually we love the stove and all the features but the front right eye( the powerboil eye) stopped working and not sure if it™™s the element or the switch. Neither the small eye or the large eye will not work.

This is my second new range in 50 years of marriage and probably my last. I love everything about the range. It has taken me a few weeks to learn just how hot this range is. Clean-up is a breeze with warm water and detergent. I find I do not mind cooking with my new range and am still learning all it has to offer.

Very nice drop in stove BUT did not fit in 30" opening. Had to have a cabinet man reconfigure existing frame work. Gaping hole at bottom of stove when put in place. Still waiting for job completion.

I am 81 years old. Had my old GE range for 30 years. This new range is great. I have used all the burners, the oven, the timer etc.Do you think this new one will last 30 years? I especially like the fact that it is much easier to keep clean. I am very pleased with it so far.
