Yes. All of our appliances, whether new in box or scratch and dent, have a 1 year manufacturers warranty. We also have extended warranties available for an additional cost.
Yes. We have 5 year extended warranties available (4 additional years of coverage) for an additional fee through a company called Epic Protect. There is a link for Epic Protect to be found on the homepage which provides details of the extended warranty coverage.
We do not deliver as a company. We do have a third party delivery option available at an additional charge. We will however load any and all appliances into pickup trucks, trailers, box trucks and vans. And many people are surprised to learn that most appliances will actually fit in their SUV.
Yes. We have 2 forms of financing available with different terms and credit score requirements. There is a link to Acima credit that be found under the financing tab on the home page of our website. Synchrony Financing must be applied for in person. Please call our store for further details on financing options.
My Scratch and Dent will gladly accept return of all new in box merchandise that is unused and in its original packaging. In cases where delivery was made and the item has not yet been used or turned on, a delivery and pick up charge for the item may be incurred. For all other items where usage and/or turn on has occurred, each case will be considered individually.
Scratch and dent items can be exchanged or redeemed for an in store credit within 7 days of purchase if there is a mechanical or electrical problem with a unit. It will be retested upon return to confirm mechanical or electrical failure. After 7 days, we ask that you call the manufacturers warranty phone number to have free of charge repairs done to a malfunctioning unit.
